Hunting License and Booking Information

The application deadline for Montana big game hunting licenses is March 15th. Royal Tine Outfitters will send the license applications to clients who have already reserved their hunt with the required deposit and hunt reservation form.
Click here to view and print our hunt reservation form and guide/client agreement.
The deposit required on all hunts is 50% of hunt price. This amount is applied towards the hunt of your choice, with the balance due in the form of cashier's check or personal check 30 days prior to your hunt start date unless other arrangements have been made. Our policy for deposits is that all monies paid are non-refundable, and are considered as partial payment for the services of reserving time and space on the schedule and advance preparation of equipment and supplies for your guided hunt.
We recommend that you obtain trip insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances that might cause cancellation of your trip or hunt or any medical emergencies.

Note on gratuities: The standard rule of thumb is 10 - 15% of hunt price, unless you feel otherwise.
